Well because she's thin white and pretty. that and her breasts although uneven are a lot more presentable than other cases. there's been cases where one breastsa is 34c the other a 52EEE and the women are trolls. Case in point, here's the real Gigantomastasia, the sores are gangrene, and the sloped arched back. She's litrally handicapped.
